Citric

Cítric is an initiative that took shape in the Town Hall of Torreblanca in an effort to create a cultural initiative with a local flavour. To this end it has developed a project with a philosophy that retakes the grassroots of street art with graffiti as its principal mode of expression. Since 2015, the event has filled the streets of Torreblanca with art and colour.

Festival internacional de Benicassim

FIB is living history of the music scene. With more than 25 editions behind, it is part of the life of several generations since 1996. Its stages have witnessed live shows of international renowned artists such as The Stone Roses, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Supergrass, Lou Reed, Morrisey, Oasis and Arctic Monkeys among others, as well as mythical artists of the Spanish music scene like Los Planetas or Vetusta Morla. Six days of camping and four days of festival surrounded by the wonderful Costa Azahar beaches.

Low Festival

Low Festival is held on the last weekend of July in the Guillermo Amor Sports City of Benidorm, a unique and incomparable setting for the suitability of its facilities that allows attendees to enjoy an experience in which beach and sun come together with a First level music programming. More than 25,000 lowers are cited daily in the 5 scenarios that are part of the enclosure. All this and a poster with more than 70 national and international artists have positioned Low Festival in 10 years of experience as one of the main festivals in Spain.

Festival of the Esperiega Apple

The Fiesta de la Manzana at Ademuz is an event held in November in honour of the local cultivar of the region: the esperiega apple, also called the "frozen apple". Montanejos Cheese Fair

The Montanejos Cheese Fair celebrates Castellón and the Region of Valencia as a land of traditional and distinctive cheese. Around a dozen specialities are made here, many of which are classed as being amongst the best on the international scene.

The Region of Valencia artisan cheeses competition is organised by Montanejos Town Council and Montanejos Tourism Foundation.

Easter Week Processions

The Easter Week processions in Sagunto are organised by the Cofradía de la Purísima Sangre de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo (the Brotherhood of the Most Holy Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ) and date back to the late 15th century, specifically to 1492. The Brotherhood currently has 1,500 members.

The Velluters' Mutiny Bonfire

Since 2007, the mutiny staged by silk workers in 1856 has been commemorated, as well as the spinners’ strike of 1902. For this historical commemoration, bonfires are held in the Plaza del Pilar in the neighbourhood of Velluters. For this reason, this festival is known as “La Foguera del Motí dels Velluters” and it takes place on the last weekend of the month of January. 

Falles of Valencia

The Falles is a festival with a tradition rooted in the city of Valencia and different populations of the Region of Valencia. This festival has become a very important tourist attraction, since, in addition to being classified as a festival of International Tourist Interest, in November 2016 UNESCO entered it in its Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
